I’ve been very fortunate to be a longtime contributor to Current Affairs, and our conversation built on two essays that I wrote for the magazine. The first essay was published in Issue 23 and is about the problematic and persistent discourse surrounding the singularity. The second essay was published in Issue 29 and delves into surveillance capitalism, framed as a review of Shoshana Zuboff’s book.
