New Gawker Feature Out Today!

BCGL's first *real* newsletter update!

Today, Gawker published my piece, “Hard Data: The Erotics of Infographics.” It’s about the pervasive sexualization of infographics & data visualizations and why this is interesting. Many thanks to Brandy Jensen for editing this piece, as well as Jack Koloskus for the incredible art!

As some of you know, I’ve been working on this piece for almost a year, and I’m really happy that this piece was published with Gawker in particular. The Twitter responses have been interesting so far (especially from the data viz community), but I’m doing my best to not refresh my Twitter feed every 5 minutes.
